House update

Just a quick update! Our offer has been accepted by the sellers, now we have to get an appraisal and inspection. If all goes right we will be closed by the 18th of August!! Here's a picture of the house, the shutters aren't as bright in person as they are in the picture. They are more of a burgundy color! I'll get pictures of the inside during the inspection.
