Wow it's been forever since I last posted. Between Life and Work things are just so crazy lately that by the time I get home in the evenings, have dinner, play with the kids all I want to do is go to bed and sleep!!!
Over the past couple of months we've had dad in and out of the hospital, and now have mom in the hospital in Dallas @ Baylor. She had surgery a week ago this past Monday (3/9/09) and when she went back Thursday (3/19/09) to have her staples removed her incision had not healed and she had an infection starting so they ended up taking her back into surgery to get all of the infection. She spent Thursday and Friday night in ICU just so that they could really watch her and today she is supposed to be getting moved to a regular room. I decided that the kids and I would stay home today until we knew she is in a regular room just because there is nothing to do for the kids in the ICU waiting room and they can eat us out of house and home being there for long periods of time, plus Thomas works tonight. We will more than likely be going up to visit her tomorrow though.
